Grace Darling

In topic work this week we found out about lighthouses and a brave lady called Grace Darling. The children really enjoyed acting out the story with our own Grace taking the lead role.The children's work was fantastic especially some diary entries. I think their expressions show their interest when we watched a short film clip of the rescue.
We had a great BRICS this week all about insects and mini beasts. It was fun searching for creatures in the garden. We have 3 budding naturalists: Aidan,Kayden and David Attenborough.They found some very interesting slugs which they were keen to share with us!
