Happy new year and our first week back.

08 Jan 2016

Happy new year. Let's hope 2016 is a healthy, prosperous and happy year for all.
The children have been presenting their homework on a London landmark. These are fantastic and include Big Ben, London Eye, Tower bridge, the Shard, Houses of Parliament, the Monument and even West Ham's football ground.Well done. Looking at these makes you realise what a fantastic city London is with so much to see and do.
In literacy we have been working on settings and the children completed some interesting work with a partner on the treasure cave in the classic text, the Hobbit.

P.E is now on Monday afternoon so children can wear jogging trousers and a top for outside. We are also using the library in school on Friday so please send books back for changing each Friday.
|Please ensure that you sign reading diaries when your child reads at home so that they get the reading rewards.
