We are games testers.

20 Nov 2015

We have continued with poems this week. The children chose a colour and then wrote 5 lines linked to their senses. Here are some of my favourite lines;
Black is a moving shadow. Aman
Red is as hot as burning lava. Olivia
Green is for croaking jumping frogs. Kayden
Pink smells of popping candy. Scarlett
Blue is a soda blue wave in the sea. Daria

In ICT we were games testers and tried out different games. We had to judge them and give them marks out of 10 for graphics, text and of course the fun factor.
In maths we have been measuring in centimetres and metres.

Our Dojo winner again is Grace. She really is the Dojo queen!

In their homework bags the children have some words to learn for the Nativity play and the words of the songs. Try to go over these at home, using a loud,clear voice.
Please send in any slips for the Christmas dinner and the pantomime trip.
I look forward to seeing you at parent evening on Monday and Tuesday.
