Collaboration skills in Year 2

In year 2 we went on a bear hunt in literacy and wrote our own short stories based on this text.
We used computers for research and found out about Mahatma Gandi. Our star researcher was David A who found the answers to lots of questions.
This week we have been developing our collaboration skills and so in science/technology we created micro-habitats. The results are very impressive and it was fantastic to see the children working well in small groups with a group captain. These are on display outside our room so come and see them.
Class dojo winners were Frankie(1st) and then Olivia and Ria. Well done!
