October News in Year 2

04 Oct 2014

We are now in October and the class are working hard at being good role models for the Infants.
The school council will be holding regular meetings soon and so the class nominated 2 children to be our representitives. They are Tommy Bell- Hopkins and Matilda Thompson. Well done to them!
These are some comments about the week.
Kasparas and Evie enjoyed working with bigger numbers over 100.
Kareena liked answering questions about a story where a jealous dog pushed a bear in the bin.
Krystalle was really excited as she took Benjamin Bear home for the weekend.
On Friday we had BRICS and this was the first one for our reception children. Lots of the class were looking after the younger children and also found time to make a small gift for Nans and Grandads to celebrate Grandparent day on Sunday.
On Thursday we are going to the library.Thank you to those parents who have volunteered to walk with us. I am sure it will be an interesting visit.
