Well done for another fantastic week, 5S!
This week, it has been assessment week. The children have completed: two Maths reasoning papers, one maths arithmetic paper, one GPS paper, one reading paper and one spelling paper. The children have worked hard this week, and some of the children did well in their assessments. We now have a clearer understanding of where our gaps are and what the children need to focus on.
We also had Music, Computing, French and DT lessons. In DT, the children completed their pneumatic machines. They did an amazing job! We were so proud of them. In Music, we have started our new unit called Introduction to Songwriting, and we have been busy practising our carol concert songs!
On Wednesday, we had our first school trip of Year 5! We went to the Science Museum. We had the most amazing day, the children were so brilliantly behaved throughout the day, and they represented Brady very well. They were respectful, responsible and we had a fantastic day. We learned even more about Space and got to explore lots of exhibitions throughout the museum.
