Shared Learning

Mr Eden - 14 Feb 2019

The last week of term has been full of fun!

In Literacy we have been planning to write an invitation to an Ugly bug ball! The children needed to consider the features of an invitation and to begin using persuasive language to encourage people to come.

In Math, there has been a strong focus on the four operations and using them to reason and solve problems. The children have learnt different methods to solve addition, subtraction, multiplication and divsion problems.

In Topic, the children have made their own mini beast habitiats, ready for the spring and for mini beasts to move in when the weather gets warmer. The children designed it themselves and used leaves, sticks and anything they could find to make the minibeasts feel as comfortable as possible.

A BIG THANK YOU to all parents who were able to come and support the children in our shared learning. We all had a fantastic time making and learning about minibeasts and the children really enjoyed themselves.
