Summer Term week 5
21 May 2020
Hi all,
I have received more lovely pictures this week. Some of you have been working hard at the learning packs, others have been enjoying exercising outside (whilst still socially distancing!) and others have even been camping in their own garden!

Reading at home
Some parents may feel unsure of how to support their children's reading at home when they do not have the opportunity to change their books at school with an adult. Below is a website where you can read a range of Oxford Reading Tree ebooks for absolutely free. All that is needed is you start up an account and there is a range of different reading materials available. I hope this helps!

HALF TERM
Yes, you may remember those things we used to look forward to - the school holidays! Next week would usually be half term so I am not going to set any spellings for this week and would encourage you to have a break if you can! Miss Burgess created a fun game of half term bingo for her class, and kindly allowed me to borrow her ideas (yes, Year 2, even teachers like to borrow ideas from each other from time to time)!
Have a go and send me pictures at the end of next week to show me how you did!
