Maths
This week in maths the children have started a new unit of learning about mutliplication and division. Remember to keep practising counting in steps of 3,4 and 8 at home to help with this.
English
In English, the children have been writing persuasively to convince the reader to buy their chocolate bars that they will make in DT. The children really enjoyed this unit and worked hard to understand new concepts such as hyperbole and rhetorical questions.
Well done to the children for walking so sensibly to the Church and back today. Behaviour was fantastic and they were great ambassadors for our school. They had a great time learning about the nativity story and getting involved in some crafts too!
