Summer week 6 Year 1

16 Jul 2021

We have had a very busy week in year one. Children have completed their assessments.

For English we have written a narrative about Leaf, using all our writing expectations in year one.

Maths, we have focused on number and place value, adding and subtracting.

We finally harvested the potatoes and had an impressive 251 potatoes from the 16 originally planted. We made potato salad and everyone seemed to enjoy eating it.

Sports day was a huge success and we will find out on Monday which is house colour is the winning team.

Please see Seesaw for additional dates and events for our final few days.
