Chinese New Year

Mrs Divall - 10 Feb 2015

 Happy Chinese New Year!

We have been Chinese blossom tree painting....

Dragon dancing.....

 ...and drawing dragons together...

Tomorrow we are making spring rolls and paperchain dragons...we have a chinese dance lesson later in the week and we are going to be using money to order 'takeaway' chinese from our role play area which is now a chinese resturant!

Thanks for the update Mrs Divall, invaluable as always. Looks like great fun. Count me in for the Chinese takeaway!

It has been alot of fun. We were painting a massive cardboard box dragon today as well. The spring rolls were a hit. Most of the kids have decided they love bean there's a turn up for the books! We miss Aashna lots - tell her don't worry we will dragon dance when she is back. Hope she is ok. :)
