The 'Ancient Crime Squad' do some tomb exploring...

This week in Literacy year 3 have been discovering what was found inside Tutankhamen's tomb. The children wrote letters from Howard Carter to the London museum describing what they had found inside. I have been very impressed with everyone's descriptive language - the children were thinking of fantastic adjectives to describe the objects found and how they felt when they were in the tomb. They were also good at using connectives to give more information in their writing!
The class have been very excited by class dojo this week. A few children are edging towards 100 dojo points, which means they will soon be receiving a reward for their consistently good behaviour!
