Plants and Fruit

This week in year 3, we have started our new science topic on plants and we have been learing about the different functions of the roots. We have been using maginflying glasses to look at them closely. We been learning all about the different fruits you can get from plants and the children have made yummy fruit salads to eat.

We have also been making observational drawings of plants using charcoal.
