First week back..

First week in year 3 and we have made a positive start learning the new routines and settling into the Juniors. We have had a busy week starting our new topics. In literacy the children have been looking at the works of Roald Dahl and finding out all about the authors' life.
The children have also started their new topic on Volcanoes and have been finding out all about the inside of a volcano.
In Science we have been looking at the human body and seeing if we can beat Usain Bolt’s 100m world record….we didn’t but Oliver came very close.
