Golden Rules
11 Sep 2016
Welcome to Year 5.
This week we have thought carefully about what respect means to us individually and as a class. We have discussed and explored how we can support our learning, for this coming academic year.
From this, we have devised our Golden Rules, which we have all agreed to abide by.
Here are our Golden Rules:
We will respect and listen to each other.
We will keep our hands and feet to ourselves.
We will not back chat each other or adults.
We will persevere and try our best in our work and behaviour.
We will think carefully before telling tales.
We will strive to learn from our mistakes.
We will listen to instructions.
We will respect each-others opinions.
We will always use our manners.
We will treat each other as we would like to be treated.
We will respect the classroom and keep it tidy.
We will work well as a team.
We will be punctual and ready to learn.
We will remain on task.
We will use our quiet voices in class.
We will conduct our responsibilities with pride.
Why not ask your child which 3 Golden Rules they think are most important to them.
