Our first full week back

It was lovely to meet some of you at the parent orientation this Thursday.
This week in topic we have developed our understanding of why World War 2 started and who the key leaders were. Children have identified countries involved in the war.
In maths we have consolidated our understanding of Place Value and mental calculations.
We have started our Science topic and children have been investigating properties of materials and expanded their scientific vocabulary.
I would like to thank parents who are supporting their children regularly at home with their reading, it has been a great start to the year.
