Adventure in the Rainforest.

This week children have continued to learn different written multiplication and division methods including fractions.
We have started our new text ‘The Museum of Fun’. Children have discussed what extra rooms they would like added to the museum, and how the rooms could be improved. We have learnt; how to precis information, use subheadings and bullet-points.
It was lovely to see such an effort made for World Book Day. Everyone looked splendid, and we had a range of costumes. Children ate magic jam tarts that made them shrink and allowed them to walk through a tiny door leading out to a rainforest. Once, they drunk an antidote returning them to their normal size. Children wrote about their magical adventure through a rainforest.
