Science has been full of friction this week. Children have investigated and measured friction using Newton meters and explored how different surfaces affect friction.

This week children have devised a new scene for Friend or Foe. Initially children used role-play to create the new scene. Children became authors themselves by writing the scene in their workbooks with a focus of using directed speech.

During Maths we have been developing our multiplication skills and our division strategies.

Children were moved and touched this week learning about the story of Anne Frank and how World War 2 affected the lives of children for being different.
