Circle time returns
16 Nov 2016
This week we had circle time and discussed what makes a good friend. We identified positive qualities about each other the characteristics and shared them.
Here are some of the fantastic characteristic that make up our class.
We are: friendly, caring, inclusive, fun, helpful, thoughtful, kind, generous and non-argumentative.
We also discussed some of the qualities we need to improve on to make us betters friends. Here is a snippet of a few of the children’s thoughts: to be more patient, to be less selfish, make more time for my friends, to less boastful, be a better team player, have positive body language, improve my listening and to be a better role model.
Children also then shared what positive statements they had heard about themselves.
Why not ask your child, what makes them proud about themselves, as good friend?
