Bugs, Holidays & Beebots!
10 May 2018
Well I must say we were all so impressed with the children's 3D homework models! They were amazing and when we spoke about them, it's clear that they have become secure on identifying 3D shapes so well done to you all!
In maths this week we have been learning how to share out equally, children seem to be grasping this very well :).
In phonics we have been revising our learnt sounds and focusing on our handwriting; we have also been writing about our own real-life superpowers in Literacy!
Scroll down to see what else we've been up to this week...
Jack's making sure our peas and carrots are hydrated.
We had a visitor called Andrew who came in from Essex Wildlife Trust. He taught us about different species of bugs, twigs and leaves.
Cruz made a Spiderman with paint outside.
Alina told me her 3D rocket needs to be outside to get to the moon!
We're cutting and sticking holiday images from travel brochures to make a collage of our own holiday.
We're using Beebots to navigate a journey and learn about positional language.
Our fantastic 3D models!
